With utilizing rosin and fatty acid soaps our Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) is being produced through cold emulsion copolymerization. Composition is as follows of 23.5% chemically bonded styrene and coagulates using an acid and synthetic coagulant system. Renowned for its superior properties like processability and abrasion resistance, SBR exhibits a reduced tendency for scorching during processing. A significant portion of global E-SBR production, exceeding 50%, is primarily dedicated to tire manufacturing. Our product line includes non-oil or oil extended grades, both featuring non-staining antioxidants.
